A few deer-resistant plants for the Barrington, Illinois area

These are some of the “deer resistant” plants we grow in our North Barrington garden and the deer that regularly move through have not (yet) decimated these.  If deer are hungry they will eventually eat anything!  Many of these are very easy to grow.  Be sure to check all details of plants if you have children–some of these –like Monkshood, for example–are poisonous!
